About the Farm
Located on 102 rolling acres in Danielsville, Georgia, Black Watch Stables has been built out with an eye toward providing our horses with a healthy, safe environment with plenty of room to move, and for us, an efficient and attractive layout.
The farm features a 40'x125' center aisle stable with European stalls, two grooming/wash racks, laundry, feed room and formal tack room.  An attached 100’ x 200’ covered arena features geotextile footing treated for dust abatement in order to provide the safest possible work environment for our horses. Rounding out our exercise areas is a 60' European walker.
Turnout is in multiple 5-8 acre pastures fenced in no-climb with a flex rail top board. Each pasture features run-in barns to separately house two to three horses with attached paddocks. Given the climate in Georgia, we feel that this allows our horses the healthiest possible environment, both physically and mentally, where they may be out all day, every day (except in inclement weather) and in paddocks at night where they have shelter without being confined to a stall.
Build out of the facility is an ongoing process. We continue to fence additional pastures and paddocks to allow for expansion and rotation.
